Does registration guarantee approval or delivery?
No. Registration is reviewed by messaging providers and their partners. Approval and timing depend on your business, use case and submitted information. Registered messages still need appropriate consent and must follow messaging policies.
Is registration included in the subscription?
Registration, campaign and messaging charges are separate from the Spacebrain subscription. Check the applicable fees before submitting your registration.
Does this apply to every phone number?
This page covers business messaging to US recipients using local 10-digit numbers. Toll-free numbers use a separate verification process. Requirements vary for other destinations and number types.
Can I start texting as soon as I sign up?
Signing up does not approve your messaging campaign. Complete the required registration, wait for approval, and connect an eligible number before sending registered traffic.
