An integration is useful when you know what should move between tools. Before connecting an account, identify the source of the information, the destination in Spacebrain and the event or action you expect the connection to support.
For meeting notes, that may mean importing selected Granola content into the supported Meeting Notes workflow. For a calendar, it may mean using availability and booking context. For payments, it means configuring an eligible merchant for the supported collection workflow.
These connections have different setup and access requirements, even when they appear in the same catalog.
Open the relevant integration or feature page to review the supported behavior. Check account eligibility, permissions and any provider or usage conditions in the workspace before relying on the connection. A listing does not mean every data type, action or direction of sync is supported.
After setup, test the particular path you intend to use and inspect the result in the destination tool. A connected status alone does not prove that a meeting imported, a booking appeared or a payment completed.
Keep the native record and any available error details when investigating a missing result.
