Admins decide whether Meeting Notes is available in the workspace. That does not enable it for everyone. Each member’s automatic-notes setting is off by default and affects only that member.
Spacebrain stores generated CRM notes and limited meeting and usage metadata, not raw recordings or transcripts. Raw media may be retained temporarily for processing for up to 24 hours.
