Tools that fit the way you work.

Add-ons cover two different needs.

Read the details

A workspace module gives your team a specialized place to work, such as the Gym front desk. An industry pack prepares resources in the native tools you already use, such as an intake form, customer fields, a pipeline and draft automations.

Choose a module when the daily job needs its own operational view. Choose an industry pack when your main task is configuring a repeatable customer journey. In both cases, inspect the included resources and current terms in the catalog before installing into the intended workspace.

An integration has a different job: it connects an external account or service. Installing an add-on does not connect a phone number, calendar or payment provider for you. The setup you need depends on the workflows you choose to use. This keeps the catalog useful for a team starting with one process and an agency adapting that process for a client.

From service inquiry to next step.

A home-services business can start with the Lead-to-Booked Job pack, then inspect the installed intake fields, request form, estimate pipeline and draft automations.

Read the details

The pack gives the team a starting structure; the business supplies its service area, actual intake questions, owners and appointment process.

The team reviews the form and pipeline, edits the draft follow-up and connects any account needed by the chosen workflow. A test inquiry should leave a readable customer record and a clear next step. Check the normal path and a request outside the service area before publishing the form or activating a flow.

After installation, the Installed view remains the place to find the add-on and its resources. Use those links to review or customize the native items. Check the impact described by the removal options before uninstalling, especially where installed data or membership workflows are involved. Installation, configuration and activation are separate steps, so you can inspect the setup before customers depend on it.

Before installing
Check the workspace, included resources, permissions, plan requirements and current terms.
Before activating
Finish the business-specific copy, connections and test path for each resource you intend to use.
As your process changes
Review the installed resources and edit the native form, field, pipeline or draft workflow that owns the change.

Before you start

How are add-ons different from integrations?

An add-on adds first-party Spacebrain resources or a workspace module. An integration connects an external account or service. An add-on may still require integrations before its provider-dependent workflows are ready.

Does installing a pack start sending messages?

No. Review its installed resources, connect the required accounts and customize the draft workflows. Publish and activate each relevant flow only after checking its setup.

Are all add-ons included in my plan?

Each add-on’s detail page shows its current availability and terms. Check the included resources, required plan and any usage costs before installing.

Can I review what has been installed?

Yes. The Installed view links to the add-on and its resources. Review missing or archived content before using it. Removal options explain their impact on installed data and connected membership workflows.

Can I customize an industry pack?

Yes. Review the installed fields, forms, pipeline and draft workflows, then adapt them to your own process. The catalog gives you a starting point that uses Spacebrain’s existing tools.
