Which plan includes white-label controls?

Review the Agency plan for your own brand and domain, client rebilling and the current workspace allowance. Usage credits and third-party fees are separate.

Can we change every part of the product?

Branding applies to the supported surfaces and settings. Check the client experience, domain verification and available controls before promising a fully customized rollout.

Is this only for AI receptionist agencies?

No. Agencies can work across CRM, marketing and customer operations. The dedicated AI Receptionist page explains call handling and its setup separately.

Your agency. Clear responsibilities.

A branded workspace becomes useful when the client team knows how to run its daily work.

Read the details

Before inviting them, agree which tools you are configuring, which accounts they need to connect and who owns customer responses, content changes and billing questions.

For a managed service, your team might prepare the intake and follow-up workflow while the client handles the resulting conversations. For a broader workspace rollout, you may need to introduce CRM, scheduling and marketing in stages. Start with one complete customer journey and expand when the client can operate it confidently.

Use the available client workspace and permission controls to support that model. Check the supported branding surfaces, domain verification and access before promising a particular client experience. White-label settings and rebilling follow the current Agency plan and workspace configuration; they do not imply unrestricted customization of every product screen.

A practical handover includes a controlled example the client can inspect: a submitted inquiry, the resulting customer context and the next task or conversation. Explain how to find failed or unfinished work and which person to contact for changes. This turns a collection of enabled tools into a service the client can use.
