Q&A is part of the product. Decide how questions are submitted, prioritized, answered, and followed up. A moderator should combine duplicates, separate technical support from teaching, remove abuse, and surface the questions most useful to the room. The presenter should answer directly, say when they do not know, and avoid turning every question into a sales objection.

Worked example
Open chat becomes a support queue and the presenter loses 15 minutes. The team moves questions to moderated Q&A, gives support a visible contact route, posts key links in chat, and reserves two planned question windows plus a final block.
